Sorry what? Why the cracking method matters and why do you think the methods could differ if the protection is essentially the same?

I still don't understand what do you mean by "interchangable". However, in this particular case the protection is stripped in both cracks (ours and FLT's), so they are practically equal. If there will be any performance differences, they are likely random (due to random factors like in-game weather, pov and such).
There is only a limited amount of protections like securom and starforce, where they can actually affect the performance. The rest don't do that, so you won't notice performance differences even if the protection is not stripped. Of course if there is no hidden trigger which decrease performance.
tl;dr: this game is not securom-protected, so it's unlikely you can find any differences in any cracks for it.

Just an idea, THETA should consider doing a full installer with all dlc and such with your groups custom installer.

Don't forget to reinstall v1.03 patch if you happen to delete "addins" folder somehow, before or after you put DLCs into the game directory.
